· US Navy Provides freedom of the seas all over the world

· The US Coast guard (currently in Home land security) Provides for coastal defense and security

We would wholesale rearrange as follows:

· Each headed by a 4 star officer.

· Special Operations Service- All Special operations from each respective branch would merge with CIA into a consolidated Special operations service under DNI. 

· Secret Service-Provide protective services

· Ground Forces Service- All the ground forces activities of Marines and Army

· Engineering Service-US Army engineers, Corp of Engineers and USN Sea Bees

· Sea Service-(USN and Coast Guard) Surface ships and related drones

· Submarine service- All Subsurface and related drones
